Hi! My name is Ralph and my Mom and I started Thunderidge German Shepherd Rescue in 1998. She raised GSD's for 17 years, and I have been around 15 of those years. We decided it was time to give back to the dogs that so desperately need our help.
We rescue and place GSD's from selected individuals and shelters in the Portland/Vancouver areas of Oregon and SW Washington State. Our rescues are evaluated, spayed/neutered, and have had all vaccinations before placement.
We also place GSD's from owners homes as well.
The dogs range in age from 6 mos to 6 yrs young. Our senior friends are referred to the Senior Dog Project @ http://www.srdogs.com/
